At Sapphire Hotel, we strive to provide you with a pleasant stay and a seamless booking experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which reservations may be cancelled or modified, and the conditions for refunds.
At the time of booking need to pay 100% amount. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount.
Reservations made under special non-refundable rates will not be eligible for refunds in the event of cancellation.
Guests may modify their reservations (date changes, room types, etc.) up to 7 days before the check-in date without incurring a fee. Modifications made within 3 days of the check-in date may incur additional charges or may not be permitted, depending on availability.
If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date and does not notify the hotel, the reservation will be considered a “no-show.” In this case, the total amount of the reservation will be charged, and the room will be released for resale.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), we may adjust our cancellation policy as necessary. Guests will be notified of any changes.
